Products & Solutions

Five lines. One protection programme.

Each line below has its own page with construction detail, options and specification guidance. Lines are routinely combined — a transport case with a returnable foam dunnage system, for example — into a single specified programme.

Combined Programmes

Custom Protective Packaging Solutions

When one line is not enough, we combine them: foam + case + outer carton specification, ESD and moisture-barrier layers, kitting and labelling, all under one drawing set and one quotation. Typical programmes include OEM ship-with-product packaging, field-service kit cases with shadow-board tool control, and returnable loops between a plant and its service network.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which product line fits my equipment?

Start from the journey. One-way shipment of a product with its accessories usually means a foam insert in a carton or a fitted protective case. Equipment that travels repeatedly with a technician means a protective or transport case. Parts moving in a loop between two sites means returnable packaging.

Can a case and a foam insert be quoted as one programme?

Yes. Shell, custom interior and hardware are specified and quoted as one package, so the case and the insert are engineered together rather than sourced separately.

Do you work from drawings or from physical samples?

Both. STEP, IGES, DXF or PDF files are the fastest input; if you have no CAD, photos with key dimensions — or the physical part for measurement — are acceptable starting points.

How do I start a project?

Send the drawing or photos through the RFQ form with quantities, route and handling notes. The construction recommendation, engineering proposal and itemised quotation come back together after an engineering review of the drawings.

Choosing a Line

Not sure which construction fits?

Start from the journey, not the product. One-way shipment of a product with its accessories usually means a foam insert in a carton or a fitted protective case. Equipment that travels repeatedly with a technician means a protective or transport case. Parts moving in a loop between two sites means returnable packaging. Send us the route and the part — we will recommend the construction.

Describe your project in the short RFQ form and note how the equipment is handled and shipped — drawings and photos follow by email once we agree how to share them securely. The recommendation and quotation come back together.
