1. Who we are

AirvexPro provides industrial protective packaging and custom case design and manufacturing coordination services, based in Shenzhen, China, with headquarters at 928 Observatory Ct, Orlando, FL 32818, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at spencer@airvexpro.com.

2. What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you provide in the enquiry (RFQ) or contact form: your name, company, business email, country, the product category you select, and your project description. That is all — the form has six fields and collects nothing else.

This website does not operate user accounts, does not run advertising trackers, and does not sell personal information. The form does not accept file uploads.

3. How enquiries are processed

When you submit the form, it is processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function on the Cloudflare platform. A record of the submission is stored in Cloudflare KV and is automatically deleted after 90 days. A notification email containing your six form fields is delivered to our business mailbox by Resend. The processors involved are therefore Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing and temporary record storage) and Resend (notification email delivery).

Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when serving font files. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and performance purposes.

4. Purpose of processing

Your details are used only to process your enquiry and for related business communication — preparing a quotation or engineering proposal, communicating about the project you described, and, where a project proceeds, producing and delivering it. We do not sell your information, we do not publish it without your permission, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.

5. Drawings and confidential material

The website form does not accept file uploads. If your project involves technical drawings, CAD files, design documents or other confidential material, please contact us by email first. Where needed, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you and agree a secure file-transfer method before anything is sent.

We take reasonable measures to handle material you share with us carefully and to use it only for your project. We do not make absolute guarantees of confidentiality or security beyond the measures and any written agreement in place for your project.

6. Retention and deletion

Form submission records stored in Cloudflare KV are automatically deleted after 90 days. Email correspondence is retained in our business mailbox for as long as needed for the business relationship and record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information by emailing spencer@airvexpro.com, except where records must be retained by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing spencer@airvexpro.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
