What we do
Most packaging damage is a design problem, not a materials problem: the wrong foam density, a case specified for looks instead of drops, a layout that ignores how technicians actually handle the kit. AirvexPro starts every project from the equipment itself — its weight, fragility points, handling pattern and transport route — and engineers the packaging around it.
Our work covers five lines: custom EVA foam inserts, industrial protective cases, precision equipment transport cases, returnable industrial packaging, and combined custom protective packaging solutions. Projects are coordinated from Shenzhen, one of the world's deepest manufacturing ecosystems for foam conversion, case production and hardware — which means fast prototyping and honest lead times.
